Job Description
Position Guidelines
• Greet patients and verify their identity
• To help doctor perform the initial and reassessment of the patient virtually within the defined time frame
• To collaborate with doctor to ensure effective and efficient virtual patient care delivery
• Ensuring that the patient is as comfortable and relaxed as possible before collection of a required (specimen)
• Collection of sample(s)s of blood in accordance with training and procedures of lab technicians
• Accurate, legible labelling of all samples to confirm patient identity.
• Maintain all equipment in a clean and safe manner
• Explain tests to patients and answer any questions they might have
• Maintain positive interpersonal relations with subordinates & seniors.
• Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors and coworkers
• Check daily inventory of Medicines & Other Equipments.
• Maintain appropriate medical documentation related to prescriptions and health records of patients.
• Treat all communication about patients, staff, and other organizational business confidentially.
• To be involved in quality Assurance / Quality control activities.
• Perform all the jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
• Participation in Continuous Quality Improvement.
Salary:
Starting from Rs 7,000/- per month
Travel allowance extra as per the norms of the company
